The Singleton And Soda

Nearly everything you need to know about this traditional cocktail is contained in its name, "Singleton and Soda." Even though it's a straightforward scotch whisky beverage, there are a few ways to make it your own. Still water and club soda both aid in enhancing the flavour of the alcoholic beverage. Your particular preferences will truly determine how much soda you add. The mixture becomes more energising thanks to the effervescence it adds, yet the beverage still manages to be sipspable and cool, making it ideal for a sticky post-work evening. These beverages can also be consumed as a high ball or in a straightforward old fashioned whisky glass. Choose a short pour of soda for a flavorful beverage and a lengthy pour for a smoother beverage. The cocktail can also have a citrus twist as a garnish.

Fill a highball glass with cubed ice.

Add The Singleton and stir over ice for 5 seconds.

Add club soda and gently stir for 3 seconds.

Garnish with a fresh slice of orange.

The idea here is to water down the whisky without damaging its many flavours. You're trying to make a long-lasting, yet smooth and refreshing drink. This is undoubtedly one of the easier ways for one to spruce up their evenings.
