Then, for the cocktail, fill a tall glass with ice, add 30 ml of the shrub, add the tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, and stir well. Finally, add the mango slices for garnish. 

Raspberry Mint Shrub Fizz 

This drink is as exotic as it sounds. you’ll need 150 gms of raspberries, 15 gms of mint leaves (about ten should do the trick), 60 ml of apple cider vinegar, 60 gms of sugar, 30 ml of Gordon's The Original London Dry Gin, 120 ml of club soda, and raspberries for garnish. First, prepare the shrub by muddling the raspberries, vinegar, and sugar in an airtight container and refrigerate for a day.
