Nutmeg-spiced Hot Butter Rum

With a distinctly warm and nutty flavour, this Nutmeg-spiced Hot Butter Rum is an embrace in the form of a drink.

Ingredients:

60 ml dark rum

1 tablespoon spiced butter (you can make it by combining butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves)

Hot water

Nutmeg (freshly grated)

Method:

Add rum and spiced butter to a mug and fill it with hot water. Stir the mixture until the butter has completely dissolved. Serve the drink with freshly grated nutmeg on top.

Citrus Spice Mule

A twist on the famous Moscow Mule but with the zing of orange, the Citrus Spice Mule is all set to add a burst of flavour and spice to your Christmas festivities.

Ingredients:

60 ml vodka

30 ml orange liqueur

15 ml fresh lime juice

¼ teaspoon nutmeg (ground)

Ginger beer

Ice cubes

Method:

Combine the vodka, fresh lime juice, ground nutmeg and the orange liqueur in a copper mug. Fill the mug with ice and finish it off with ginger beer. Serve the drink with orange slices and a rosemary sprig.

Evergreen Sparkler

Nothing is as reminiscent of winter than the smell of pine and cloves. You can bring in the same feeling in this Evergreen Sparkler.

Ingredients:

60 ml gin

30 ml pine-infused syrup (you can make this by boiling equal parts water and sugar with pine needles)

15 ml fresh lemon juice

3-4 cloves

Club soda

Ice cubes

Method:

Using a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, pine-infused syrup, lemon juice and cloves. Shake well so that the ingredients infuse into one another. Then strain it into a glass filled with ice cubes, and top it off with club soda to create a bubbly texture.

Chestnut Caramel White Russian

The neutral vodka base allows several intricate layers to unfold in the Chestnut Caramel White Russian, like the nutty and earthy undertones of chestnut along with the sweet and buttery flavour of caramel syrup. Moreover, the heavy cream adds a lovely velvety texture to the cocktail.

Ingredients:

60 ml vodka

30 ml chestnut liqueur

30 ml caramel syrup

60 ml heavy cream

Crushed ice

Chestnut pieces for garnish

Method:

In a glass filled with crushed ice, pour vodka and chestnut liqueur. Drizzle caramel syrup over the ice. Then, slowly pour heavy cream over the back of a spoon to create layers in the drink.

Garnish the cocktail with chestnut pieces.
