Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
For the Cheesecake Filling
60 ml mango or citrus-flavoured liqueur (such as mango liqueur or triple sec)
230 grams cream cheese, softened
120 ml mango puree (fresh or canned)
60 grams powdered sugar
Zest and juice of 1 lime
For Garnish
Mango slices
Lime wedges
Whipped cream
Instructions
Prepare The Crust
Take a mixing bowl and add the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and stir thoroughly until all the crumbs are evenly coated with the butter. Next, spoon about 1 tablespoon of the prepared crumb mixture into the bottom of each shot glass or serving container. Gently press the crumbs down with the back of a spoon or your fingers in order to create an even layer at the bottom of every glass.
