1. Grilled Pineapple Piña Colada
Ingredients
1 Pineapple
60 ml Captain Morgan White Rum
30 ml Coconut Cream
30 ml Lime juice
1 tablespoon Sugar
A pinch of Salt
480 gms of Ice
Method
Take a whole pineapple and slice it into half inch slices and then into quarters. Caramelise them on a griddle pan over medium-high heat. Set them aside to cool. Add three slices in a blender with ice and rest of the ingredients. Pour the drink into a cocktail glass and garnish with a grilled pineapple slice.
2. Gold Rush
Ingredients
60 ml Bourbon
25 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
25 ml Honey syrup
Lemon twist, for garnish
Method
Take a cocktail shaker filled with ice and add bourbon, honey syrup and lemon juice in it. Shake well for 30 seconds until the shaker turns icy cold. Strain the drink into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
3. Amaretto Sour
Ingredients
45 ml Amaretto
15 ml Bourbon
30 ml Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Simple syrup
1 Egg white
2 dashes of Bitters
Lemon peel, for garnish
Luxardo cherry, for garnish
Ice
Method
Take a shaker and add amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, syrup, egg white and bitters in it and shake for 15 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake it for another 30 seconds. Strain the drink into a glass, the top will get foamy. Garnish with lemon peel and Luxardo cherry.
