Jalapeño and Mango Margarita Shake
Ingredients
60 ml of Don Julio Blanco tequila
60 ml of thick mango puree
15 ml of lemon juice
15 ml of agave syrup (1:1 ratio of water and agave nectar)
4 slices of jalapeño
Crushed ice
Method
Add the mango puree, lemon juice, Don Julio Blanco tequila, agave syrup, and two slices of chopped jalapeño with lots of ice in a blender.
Blend so you can get a slush-like consistency. Because there is no ice cream in this shake, we are relying on crushed ice to give it some body.
Pour in a tall glass, garnish with the remaining jalapeño coins, and serve with a thick straw.
Coconut Tequila Thick Shake
Ingredients
60 ml of Don Julio Blanco tequila
60 ml of coconut cream
30 ml of coconut milk
15 ml of lemon and lime liqueur
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Crushed ice
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender along with the crushed ice. Blitz till everything is mixed and looks like a thick shake.
Adjust the sweetness and the amount of liquor depending on your taste.

Ingredients
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
30 ml of chocolate liqueur
30 ml of Don Julio Reposado tequila

Method
In a blender, add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, followed by 30 ml each of the chocolate liqueur and Don Julio Reposado tequila.
Blend until everything is smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass that’s lined with chocolate liqueur or any chocolate sauce.

60 ml of Don Julio Blanco tequila

60 ml of Don Julio Reposado tequila
1 cup of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup of coconut water

Method
Add crushed ice, mixed berries, tequila, and coconut water along with the sweetener.
