The Bourbon & Jam Medley

For this recipe, you’ll need 30 ml of bourbon, 15 ml of fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of raspberry jam, a handful of fresh mint leaves, ice cubes, and some fresh raspberries for garnish. First, muddle the mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Then add the bourbon, lemon juice, and raspberry jam. Top it off with some ice and shake for about 15 to 20 seconds. Then strain the mixture into a rock glass filled with ice and garnish with fresh raspberries. This is a fairly easy recipe, but it’s rather a strong cocktail, so the best way to enjoy it would be sipping and savouring rather than gulping or downing.

Spiced Peach Fizz

For this delicious cocktail, you’ll need 30 ml of Captain Morgan Dark Rum, 30 ml of peach jam, 15 ml of fresh lime juice, 60 ml of soda water, ice cubes, and peach slices for garnish. To make this cocktail, you’ll have to combine the dark rum, peach jam, and fresh lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake it for about 15 to 20 seconds until the shaker is chilled. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice and top it off with the soda water before serving. Garnish with peach slices. This is a classic if you love a smoky, sweet, and fruity flavour and it’s a very seasonal beverage. Additionally, you can also add a dash of agave syrup if you’re partial to sweeter flavour profiles.

The Ginger Peach Bellini

This recipe is just as good as the previous one. For this recipe, you’ll need 30 ml of peach-infused vodka, 15 ml of peach jam, 15 ml of fresh lemon juice, 60 ml of ginger beer, ice cubes, and peach puree for garnish. To make this, combine the vodka, peach jam, and lime juice in a shaker filled with ice and shake for about 15 to 20 seconds. Once everything is chilled, strain the mixture into a champagne flute. Top it off with the ginger beer and stir gently. Finally, garnish with peach puree.

Blackberry Whisky Sour

You’ll need 60 ml of blackberry jam, 30 ml of bourbon or rye whisky, 30 ml of fresh lemon juice, ice cubes, and some blackberries for garnish. Add the whisky, blackberry jam, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for about 15 to 20 seconds. Strain the drink into a rock glass filled with ice and garnish with blackberries.

To make this delicious, spicy, and fruity cocktail, you’ll need 30 ml of Don Julio® Blanco Tequila, 30 ml of passion fruit jam, 15 ml of fresh lime juice, half a jalapeño, ice cubes, salt, and a lime wedge for garnish. First, rim a rock glass with salt. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the jalapeño and then add the tequila, passion fruit jam, and lime juice.
