Ingredients

- Don Julio Blanco - 50ml

- Lime Juice - 20ml

- Ginger Juice - 20ml

- Agave Syrup - 20ml

- Pineapple Juice - 60ml

- Lime - 1

- Chilli Powder

- Salt

- Ice



Method

- To begin crafting this tequila cocktail, first, prepare a rock glass by rubbing its rim with a wedge of lime. Next, combine chilli powder and salt on a plate and dip the rim into the powder. Coat the rim evenly with the mixture. Set the glass aside

- Grab a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice

- Measure and pour Don Julio Blanco, freshly squeezed lime juice, ginger juice, agave syrup and pineapple juice into the shaker

- Shake vigorously to combine 

- Add some ice into the prepared rocks glass

- Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass over the ice

- Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve!

Method

- Measure and Don Julio Reposado, coconut cream, evaporated milk and natural syrup into the blender

- Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency

- Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass using a cocktail strainer

- Don Julio Blanco - 60ml 

- Limes - 4

- Oranges - 2½  

- Grapefruit - 1

- Grapefruit soda - top up

- Sea salt

- Ice



Method 

- Grab a cazuela and add some ice to it

- Squeeze the juice from four limes, two oranges and half of the grapefruit and add to the cazuela

- Next, measure and pour Don Julio Blanco Tequila and top up with grapefruit soda

- Add some sea salt to the mixture and mix the drink with a spoon

- Garnish with remaining slices of orange and grapefruit.

Here’s the cocktail recipe for you to try:



Ingredients

- Don Julio Blanco - 50ml 

- Lime juice - 20ml

- Natural syrup - 20ml

- Agave syrup - 20ml

- Hibiscus Morita reduction* - 60ml

- Chilli powder

- Warm Salt

- Ice



Method

- Hibiscus Morita reduction method: Boil hibiscus in water to make syrup. In another pan, boil 2 pieces of Morita chilli in about 200 ml of water. Once the Morita is well blended in water, strain the liquid. Next, in a blender, combine one part of hibiscus syrup with one part of sugar and 20 ml of Morita juice until smooth.

- To begin the recipe, prepare a cocktail glass by rimming the edges with the chilli powder and salt mixture. Set the glass aside

- Grab a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice

- Next, measure and pour Don Julio Blanco, freshly squeezed lime juice, natural syrup, agave syrup, and Hibiscus Morita reduction into the shaker

- Shake vigorously to combine 

- Next, add some ice to the prepared cocktail glass

- Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture from the cocktail shaker into the prepared glass over the ice and serve!
