  • Blanco Tequila
    50ml
  • Agave syrup
    15ml
  • Lemon cut into pieces
    1ml
  • Sparkling water
    50ml
  • Mint sprig
    1ml

Equipment

  • 1 x Rocks glass
  • 1 x Cocktail shaker
  • 1 x Ice

Method

Shake

Add ingredients to a shaker. Muddle and then add ice and shake.

Pour

Pour into a rocks glass and top up with sparkling water. 

Garnish

Garnish with a mint sprig.
