It takes roughly 200 million litres of fresh Irish milk every year to produce the cream used in the production of Baileys.

Baileys Original Irish Cream, first crafted in 1974 in Dublin, is a gorgeous, indulgent blend of aged Irish whiskey, fresh dairy cream, cocoa and vanilla. Winning more medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition than any other liqueur, it’s perfect on its own, on the rocks, or as a sumptuous addition to coffee and desserts and is almost guaranteed to transform any moment into a celebration.
