2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Highball glass
  • Jigger
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, add 50ml of Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve to a highball glass with cubed ice. 

Step 2

Add the soda water and apple juice.

Step 3

Garnish with a dehydrated (or fresh) apple wheel and rosemary sprig.
