Rosy Valentine

Frosted Rose Cocktail

Few things symbolise eternal love quite like roses do. But when you're looking to celebrate the special someone in your life, there's more than one way to "say it with roses". Beyond presenting them with the real thing, you might consider infusing roses into food and drink on a special occasion. This Frosted Rose/Rosy Valentine cocktail pays homage to the beauty of the rose with its hue and velvety texture.

Cranberry and premium vodka combine to create a deliciously cool drink, which is elevated with a rose garnish. You can also consider amping up the rosy quotient of this drink by adding a dash of floral syrup, or even using ice cubes that have petals or whorls frozen within. Do make sure to freeze an ice tray with the rose petals immersed in water ahead of time if that's the case.

Be sure to serve this one chilled: the only thing you'll want heating up in this case is the passion!
