30ml Ketel One Vodka, 20ml Ketel 1 Jenever, 20ml fresh lime juice, 15ml sugar syrup, 1 piece fresh pineapple
Muddle the pineapple in the base of the shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with ground black pepper.
