They are blended with aged Indian malts and fine grain spirits in the masterful hands of Louise. She goes against the grain of sameness and her journey of craft makes every sip of these new blends, a revelation.

Subtle oaky notes of sweetness, fruit, and caramel
Opens with subtle notes of sweetness, fruit, oak, and fading caramel hint.
A nice medium body with pronounced smoky notes
Lasting peat and grain notes
60ml Signature Whisky
20ml Lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
15ml egg white (optional)
Garnish: Angostura bitters
Add Signature whisky, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white, if using, to a shaker and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice.
Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass or a coupe.
Garnish with 3 or 4 drops of Angostura bitters.
The bottle now features premium metallic caps to reduce 130 tonnes of plastic.
