Pour 30ml of Tanqueray No.10 gin, 5 dashes of acid blend, 15ml of Curaçao, and 10ml of fino sherry into the highball glass
Fill up the glass with crushed ice and churn the contents
Garnish it with a lime wedge and a cherry on top
