The blue lagoon cocktail combines blue curaçao liqueur along with vodka in with a striking blue appearance and citrus-loaded flavours in each sip. Making a big-batch version simplifies hosting while ensuring consistent servings for all guests, minus the hassle of having to man the bar at all times.
For 15–20 servings, combine 750 ml vodka, 375 ml blue curaçao, 2 litres lemonade, and ice. Garnish with lemon slices and cherries to elevate the presentation.
Combine vodka and blue curaçao in a pitcher or punch bowl; add lemonade while stirring continuously. Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours once ready.
Ladle the cocktail into clear glasses filled with ice and garnish with lemon slices or cherries.
