A cocktail which combines the tartness of cranberry and citrusy flavours from the Moscow mule, the cosmo mule balances effervescence and spicy notes. The key to making this drink perfectly lies in the making technique – gently shaking in the ginger beer preserves its carbonation whereas using organic lime juice adds citrus notes.
30 ml vodka 10 ml lime juice Ice cubes 80 ml ginger beer 1 lime wedge
Combine all the ingredients, except the ginger beer, in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake thoroughly to combine before straining into a serving glass of choice.
Top up the ginger beer to fill three-quarters of the glass.
