Born in Bermuda and crafted with a blend of dark rum like Captain Morgan, ginger beer, ice and lime, this cocktail will certainly take you on an adventure. Here’s how to make Dark ‘n’ Stormy at home.
60ml dark rum (preferably Gosling's Black Seal Rum) 120ml ginger beer Ice cubes Lime wedge, for garnish
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour 60ml of dark rum over the ice.
Top up the glass with 120ml of ginger beer. Gently stir the ingredients with a stirring stick or spoon to combine.
Lightly squeeze the lime wedge over the drink before placing it in the glass for added citrus aroma.
