Easy to make with seasonal ingredients, the Moscow mule cocktail is traditionally served in a copper mug, and considered a ginger beer classic. The drink's signature combination delivers a zesty, crisp and slightly spicy flavour without the need for complex tools and techniques.
250 ml vodka 500 ml ginger beer 125 ml fresh lime juice 250 ml chilled soda water Ice cubes Lime slices and mint sprigs, for garnish
Combine the vodka, lime juice and ginger beer in a large pitcher or drink dispenser before stirring gently to mix.
Pour in the chilled soda water and stir again, adjusting quantities to taste.
Fill copper mugs or glasses with ice and pour the cocktail mixture over before garnishing with lime slices and mint sprigs.
Ensure the cocktail ingredients are thoroughly chilled to avoid diluting the drink with too much ice.
Slice limes and pick mint sprigs ahead of time, refrigerating them for quick and easy serving.
A clear dispenser adds visual impact and makes it easier for guests to serve themselves. *Drink Responsibly. This communication is for audiences above the age of 25.
