A sophisticated variation of the classic drink, the white negroni features a lighter and relatively pronounced herbal profile. Known for its clear appearance and smooth texture, this cocktail is an easy take on the signature drink, made with minimal ingredients.
15 ml gin 15 ml bitter herbal liqueur Ice cubes Lemon twist/edible flowers, for garnish
Add ice to your mixing glass and pour in the gin and herbal liqueur.
Shake the mixture for about 30 seconds, ensuring the drink is well-chilled and slightly diluted for balance of flavour.
Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon peel twist or edible flowers for presentation.
While the classic recipe calls for equal parts of the ingredients, feel free to experiment with slight variations in which the quantity gin can be increased or reducing the herbal liqueur for a mellow taste. *Drink Responsibly. This communication is for audiences above the age of 25.
