To preserve the rich coffee flavour, ensure your espresso cools slightly in the fridge before mixing, preventing it from diluting the drink with melted ice. Creating a chilled, revitalizing cocktail that perfectly marries the boldness of espresso with the sweet allure of coffee liqueur, offering a delightful way to savour the essence of coffee on this special day.

Ingredients

  • 44 ml vodka
  • 30 ml espresso

Put everything into a cocktail shaker full of ice and give it a 1 minute good shaking time, or more if you want your drinks extra foamy. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder as a finishing touch.
