Don Limonada
This is a signature cocktail made with Don Julio Blanco. It is a refreshingly citrusy drink that is perfect for all occasions.
Ingredients
50ml Don Julio Blanco
1 Lemon cut into pieces
15 ml Agave syrup
8 Mint leaves
50 ml Sparkling water
1 Mint sprig, for garnish
Method
Take a shaker and add all the ingredients to it. Muddle them and then add ice and shake it. Strain the concoction into a rock glass filled with ice. Garnish with a mint spring.
Blood Orange Paloma
Paloma is a popular drink not only in Mexico but also across the world. This cocktail is its fresh, delicious, citrusy and sweet version.
Ingredients
50 ml Don Julio Blanco
30 ml Grapefruit juice
15 ml Lime juice
15 ml Agave syrup
90 ml Blood Orange soda
1 Chili and salt-dusted blood orange wheel, for garnish
Method
Take a shaker, add Don Julio Blanco, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave syrup and shake well. Strain the content into a highball glass and top it with Blood Orange soda. Garnish with a chili and salt-dusted blood orange wheel.
Margarita Don Julio
This cocktail is an invigorating combination of Don Julio Blanco and orange liqueur with a sweet finish.
Ingredients
40 ml Don Julio Blanco
20 ml Orange liqueur
20 ml Fresh lime juice
1 Lime wedge, for garnish
Method
Take a shaker and add all the ingredients in it with ice. Shake the contents well and then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
