350 ml Aperol
350 ml Cranberry Juice Cocktail

600 ml Prosecco

Instructions
Take a pitcher and combine Aperol, cranberry juice, and orange juice.
Pour in Prosecco and stir to combine.

2 bottles red wine
960 mL ginger ale
720 mL cranberry juice
160 mL Fireball
160 mL whiskey
2 cups frozen cranberries
1 orange, sliced into rounds
1 apple, cut into thin slices

Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl.
Stir together until mixed well.

Pumpkin Margarita
Ingredients
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 lime wheel, plus more for serving
60 ml reposado tequila
22 ml store bought or homemade pumpkin spice syrup or simple syrup
15 ml Cointreau
15 ml fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
Ice
1 lime wedge (optional)
1 (3") cinnamon stick (optional)
Instructions
Take a plate and mix salt and pumpkin pie spice.
Rub the rim of a rocks glass with a lime wheel.
Roll rim in spice mixture to coat the rim properly.
Combine tequila, pumpkin spice syrup, Cointreau, lime juice, and pumpkin puree in a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty. [about 20 seconds]
Fill the prepared glass with ice.
Strain margarita into the glass.

Ingredients
120 ml water
60 ml honey
90 ml bourbon whiskey
60 ml fresh lemon juice
Ice cubes
Lemon peel, for garnish
Instructions
Combine water and honey in a heatproof measuring cup.
Microwave on high, stirring occasionally, until honey is dissolved. [about 30 seconds]
Combine honey syrup, whiskey, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice.
Cover it and shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty. [about 30 seconds]
Strain into 2 ice-filled rocks glasses.
Garnish with lemon peel.
