Singleton Glendullan
The Singleton Glendullan is a versatile single malt with distinctive flavour profile and a rich history. The Glendullan distillery was established in 1897 by William Williams & Sons Ltd., blenders from Aberdeen. It was the last of the seven distilleries built in Dufftown, Scotland. Dufftown is known for its historic distilleries. The locals even have a saying, 'Rome was built on seven hills and Dufftown stands on seven stills'. The Glendullan distillery is located on the bank of the River Dullen amongst the picturesque Convall Hills, which ensures the distillery has access to pristine water to make its beverages. It has released a 12-year-old, 15-year-old and an 18-year-old single malt scotch whisky.
The onion-shaped stills in the distillery help create a delicate spirit with a green apple profile. The product is aged in American oak bourbon barrels which help in giving the liquor sweetness and a rich nuttiness. A small portion of the single malt is aged in fruity European sherry casks. The distiller, Master of Malts, Keith Law has nearly four decades of experience in blending the two whiskies into The Singleton Glendullan. The name of the distillery is based on Gaelic language. In Gaelic, 'glen' means 'in the valley of'. Scotch whisky distilleries name themselves after the valley where the spirit is produced and use 'glen' as a precursor before the valley's name. Glendullan means 'valley of the standing stone or rock'.

Ingredients
50 ml Singleton Of Glendullan Single Malt Scotch Whisky
50 ml Cold brew
50 ml Cola
Cinnamon powder, for garnish
Method
Take a mixing glass and add the scotch and cold brew and stir well. Pour the content into a mid-ball glass and top up with Cola. Garnish with cinnamon powder.
