- Tanqueray London Dry Gin - 45ml

- Simple Syrup - 30ml

Method

- Grab a cocktail shaker, pour 30ml of simple syrup and a handful of mint leaves and muddle lightly.

- Add some ice into the shaker and pour 45ml of Tanqueray London Dry Gin and 22.5ml of lime juice. Shake the contents until they are well combined.
