Here’s the cocktail recipe using Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, the original spirit used in the classic concoction:

Ingredients
- Smirnoff No 21 Vodka - 60ml
- Lime juice - 15ml
- Ginger beer - 90ml
- Lime wheel - 1
- Ice

Method
- Grab a copper mug and fill it with ice.
- Measure and pour Smirnoff No. 21 vodka and lime juice into the mug.

Ingredients
- Tanqueray London Dry Gin - 45ml
- Simple Syrup - 30ml
- Lime Juice - 22.5ml
- Ginger Beer - 30ml
- Mint leaves

Method
- Grab a cocktail shaker, pour 30ml of simple syrup and a handful of mint leaves and muddle lightly.
- Add some ice into the shaker and pour 45ml of Tanqueray London Dry Gin and 22.5ml of lime juice. Shake the contents until they are well combined.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Top up the drink with ginger beer.
- Garnish the drink with a mint sprig.
