Valentine's Day Champagne Cocktails

Introduction

Being a celebration of love, Valentine's Day is usually spent with loved ones or friends. Be it a romantic date or a cocktail party with friends, the choice of drinks and foods are bound to be special. Champagne can be a suitable beverage on such occasions for cocktail connoisseurs and sparkling wine aficionados. The bubbly beverage is smooth and almost creamy on the tongue. Its bubbles are tight and crisp without being too sharp. The result is a dry, slightly sweet and bubbly drink full of character.

As champagne offers an elegant effervescence, it is a great ingredient for cocktails. Its dryness and balanced acidity add a subtle nuance and fizzy finish to drinks. Fruity, floral or layered bittersweetness, there are many varieties of champagne-based cocktails available. Be it a casual gathering with friends or a sophisticated dinner with your partner, inventive champagne cocktails can be included to raise a toast to the occasion of love.
