This tasty cocktail combines whiskey with fresh ginger to create a balanced drink in terms of flavours.

Next, pour in 60ml of bourbon, 20 ml of fresh lemon juice, and some ice. Shake the mixture vigorously until it’s thoroughly chilled and strain it into a lowball glass filled with ice. 

Finally, garnish the drink with a sprig of mint and a slice of fresh ginger. 

Ginger Espresso Martini Cocktail

Ginger pairs very well with coffee in this creative variation of the classic espresso martini cocktail. 

To make the drink, take a cocktail shaker that’s been filled with ice and mix in 15 ml of ginger liqueur, 30 ml of vodka, 30ml of fresh espresso, and 15 ml of coffee liqueur. Shake well until the mix has been thoroughly chilled.

Ginger Pisco Sour

To make a Ginger Pisco Sour, combine 60ml of pisco, 30ml of fresh lime juice, 20 ml of ginger syrup, and one egg white in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (without ice) the mixture for approximately 10-15 seconds to perfectly emulsify the egg white. Next, add in ice and shake the mix again until it’s chilled. 

Strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish it with a few drops of Angostura bitters along with a pinch of freshly grated ginger.

Ginger Lemon Fizz Mocktail

This non-alcoholic ginger drink is crisp, delicious and light on the palate, creating the ultimate balance between citrus and spice.
