The Pineapple Cocktail Playbook: 4 Easy And Elegant Recipes For A Summer Party

Pineapple Cocktail

As the weather begins to turn warm and summer makes an appearance, one of the tropical fruits that pops up on mixology rosters is pineapple. Complete with tangy, sweet and sour flavours, this yellow fruit is added to cocktails in the form of purees, juices and aesthetic adornments. Pineapple cores are used to make tepache during summers whereas pineapple skins are often added to boiling water for making flavourful infusions.

Evidently, different kinds of cocktails can be prepared using pineapples during summers especially while hosting a gathering at home. These drinks are easy to blend and carry an exquisite, colourful look which emanates a summery touch.

1Not only are these recipes simple enough but they also carry layered flavour notes which reveal themselves slowly, making such cocktails interesting options to serve guests attending a gathering that lasts for hours on a summer evening.
