Blend 30 ml of Bailey Original Irish Cream Liqueur, mascarpone, espresso, and vanilla ice cream with a few ice cubes until smooth.

Take a large martini glass or any other glass with a large rim, and drizzle chocolate syrup along the insides of the glass.

Pour the mixture into the glass and drizzle a bit of chocolate syrup on top for garnish.

Spread the chocolate hazelnut spread in between the two lady finger cookies, and serve this along with the cocktail as dipping cookies or a garnish. Serve and indulge!
