- 1 egg white

- 15 ml simple syrup

- Ice cubes



Method

- In a shaker, combine the Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky, lemon juice, egg white and simple syrup.

- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

- Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
