  • Baileys Original Irish Cream - 50 ml

Method

  • Mix 50 ml of hot coffee and 10 gms of chocolate with 1 tbsp of sugar until it’s smooth and leave it aside to cool.
  • Add 50 ml of Baileys Original Irish Cream, 30 gms of ladyfinger biscuits and ice cubes in a blender. Blend well until the contents turn smooth.
  • Grab a bowl and add 60 gms of mascarpone and Baileys mixture. Whisk the contents until smooth. Fold the rest with a spoon.
  • Grab a martini glass, pour the coffee mixture into it and then spoon over the Baileys mascarpone mix. 
  • To garnish the drink - dust cocoa powder, and sprinkle coffee beans and chocolate flakes.
