A mashup of a dessert and a cocktail, Baileys Tiramisu is a luscious brunch cocktail that you must try! This Baileys cocktail blend is loaded with coffee and chocolate that you simply can’t get enough of.
Ingredients
Method
Mix 50 ml of hot coffee and 10 gms of chocolate with 1 tbsp of sugar until it’s smooth and leave it aside to cool.
Add 50 ml of Baileys Original Irish Cream, 30 gms of ladyfinger biscuits and ice cubes in a blender. Blend well until the contents turn smooth.
Grab a bowl and add 60 gms of mascarpone and Baileys mixture. Whisk the contents until smooth. Fold the rest with a spoon.
Grab a martini glass, pour the coffee mixture into it and then spoon over the Baileys mascarpone mix.
To garnish the drink - dust cocoa powder, and sprinkle coffee beans and chocolate flakes.
