Fill a highball glass with ice cubes and pour the Singani and fresh lemon juice into it.
Stir the mixture gently with a bar spoon for 10-15 seconds to blend and chill the components without diluting them too much.
Top up the glass with cold ginger ale, garnish with a fresh lemon slice or wedge and serve immediately.
