Method

Grab a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice.

Use a cocktail jigger or measuring cup to measure the cocktail ingredients required to make this drink. It is very important to measure the right amount of ingredients.

Using the measuring tools pour 50 ml of the  Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky, 25 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 25 ml of pasteurised egg white, and 15 ml of simple syrup into the shaker.

Shake well to combine the cocktail ingredients.

Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled glass.

Gently float 25 ml of Ruby Port wine on the surface.

Garnish with a lemon wedge. (Optional)
