Signature Whisky Smash

Grab a mixing glass and add 8-10 fresh mint leaves.

Use a cocktail jigger or measuring cup to measure the cocktail ingredients required to make this drink. It is very important to measure the right amount of ingredients.

Using the measuring tools pour 15 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 15 ml of simple syrup, into the mixing glass.

Using a cocktail muddler, muddle the ingredients gently.

Using a cocktail jigger or a measuring cup, measure out 60ml of Signature Rare whisky and pour it into the glass

Add a generous amount of crushed ice and stir the mixture to combine the cocktail ingredients.

Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into a glass over ice.

Garnish the cocktail with a sprig of fresh mint and lemon wheel.
