Ingredients

  • 30 ml J&B Rare Blended Scotch Whisky
  • 5757-ingredients-0
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 5757-ingredients-1
  • 2.5 ml sugar syrup
  • 5757-ingredients-2
  • 1 egg white
  • 5757-ingredients-3
  • Ice cubes, for shaking
  • 5757-ingredients-4

Method

Measure the whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to add to a shaker.

Shake vigorously without ice to help the cocktail achieve a frothy top.

Once the ingredients are combined, add ice cubes and shake well for 15-20 seconds in a rapid motion before straining into a serving glass.
