Method

Grab a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Ice is an essential aspect of cocktail mixing as it helps in chilling and diluting the ingredients. It also aids in enhancing and balancing the flavours of the drink.

Using a cocktail jigger or a measuring cup, measure and pour 45ml of Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky, 15ml of freshly squeezed lime juice and 20ml of ginger honey syrup into the shaker. 

Shake it vigorously until the surface of the shaker feels chilled. 

Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into a rocks glass over fresh ice cubes. This will remove any ice chips or other unwanted pieces from the drink. 

Add an extra layer of flavour by carefully pouring 15ml of Caol Ila Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky over the top of the drink.

Garnish the cocktail with a piece of candied ginger.
