The beverage features The Singleton of Glendullan, which adds malt and fruit flavours, as well as sherry for nutty sweetness with blackberry liqueur for added richness.
In an ice-filled mixing glass, blend whisky, sherry, blackberry liqueur and bitters to create a dark, fruity base with smoky undertones.
Stir slowly for 20 seconds to cool and combine the ingredients.
Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass or small coupe glass to maintain clarity and temperature.
