Method

Grab a mixing glass and add a generous amount of ice.

Use a cocktail jigger or measuring cup to measure the cocktail ingredients required to make this drink. It is very important to measure the right amount of components.

Using the measuring tools pour 35 ml of the Singleton Of Glendullan Single Malt Scotch Whisky and 7 ml of PX Sherry into the mixing glass.

Further, take a bar spoon and add a precise amount of blackberry liqueur to the mix.

Finish by adding 2 dashes of bitters to the mixture.

Gently stir the cocktail ingredients in the mixing glass with a stirring spoon 

Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled glass with ice in it.

 To garnish the cocktail, take a twist of lemon and gently twist it over the glass.
