Using a measuring cup or a cocktail jigger, measure and pour 60ml of Tanqueray London Dry Gin, 20ml of freshly squeezed lime juice and 20ml of honey syrup into the cocktail shaker. It’s important to use suitable measuring tools to achieve a well-balanced flavour profile.

Shake the ingredients vigorously to combine. Shake until the surface of the shaker feels chilled.

Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass. Straining will remove any unwanted pieces of ingredients or ice shards to give the drink a smooth and clean finish.

Twist a thin slice of lemon peel over the drink to release the essential oils. Then, drop the peel into the drink to garnish.
