Method

To begin, first, prepare a rocks glass. Rub a wedge of lime over the rim of the rocks glass to moisten it. Next, place some salt on a plate and roll the dip the rim into the plate. Coat the salt evenly on the edges. Fill the rocks glass with ice cubes and set it aside

Grab a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Ice is an essential part of cocktail mixing as it helps in dilution. It also aids in enhancing the flavours of the cocktail to make it more balanced.

Use a cocktail jigger or a measuring cup to measure the ingredients. Adding precise quantities of the ingredients is vital if you want a well-balanced cocktail. Now, measure and pour 25ml of Don Julio Blanco Tequila, 10ml of spiced citrus liqueur, 25ml of fresh cranberry juice and 15ml of fresh raspberry puree into the shaker.

Next, shake the ingredients vigorously to combine. Shake until the surface of the shaker feels chilled.

Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared rocks glass over fresh ice.

Top up the drink with club soda.

Garnish the drink with a wedge of lime and serve chilled!
