Elderflower & Gin Tonic
This floral spin on the traditional cocktail is meant to be sipped and relished by lovers of the G’n’T. Using infused gin for the recipe brings a floral dimension which adds aroma and flavour - making the drink a memorable one while sipping.

Method
Fill a lowball glass halfway with ice before pouring in the gin and elderflower liqueur.
