  • 30 ml J&B Rare

  • 15 ml lemon juice

  • 2.5 ml sugar syrup

  • 1 dash citrus bitters
  • 29149-ingredients-3
  • 1 egg white
  • 29149-ingredients-4
  • Ice cubes
  • 29149-ingredients-5

Method

In a cocktail shaker, pour the whisky, lemon juice and sugar syrup, along with the bitters and egg white.

Shake vigorously without ice; next, add ice and shake again until the ingredients are well combined and chilled.

Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass before serving.
