In a cocktail shaker, add the scotch whisky, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup and pumpkin butter followed by apple cider to the shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake rapidly for 15-20 seconds or until the outside of the shaker is well-frosted and the mixture is completely cold and blended.
Fine pour the drink into a cold old fashioned cocktail glass filled with more ice and serve immediately.
