Ingredients

  • Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur - 35ml

  • Sugar - 1 tbsp

  • Vanilla Pod - 1 split

  • Cinnamon Stick - 1

  • Nutmeg - sprinkle

Method

Grab a large mixing bowl and combine one egg and a tablespoon of caster sugar. Whisk it until it turns creamy and the sugar begins to dissolve. 

Measure and pour 35ml of Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur, and 75ml milk into the mixing bowl.

Next, add the seeds from a vanilla pod, scraped out with a teaspoon to the mixing bowl. 

Using a grater, grate the sides of the whole nutmeg into the bowl. 

Strain the mixture into a cognac glass.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve!
