Pour the gin, lime juice, water, grapefruit oleo and aromatic bitters into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously until the surface is cold to touch.
Fine strain the contents into a chilled coupette before garnishing with a slice of grapefruit and a pinch of raspberry powder before serving.
