Grab a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Ice is an essential part of cocktail mixing. It helps in diluting the drink and enhancing the overall flavours.

Use a cocktail jigger or a measuring cup, to measure out the ingredients. This will ensure the right quantity of ingredients are added and the resulting cocktail will have a well-balanced flavour profile. 

Measure and pour 35ml of Don Julio Blanco Tequila, 10ml of spiced citrus liqueur,25ml of sweet and sour mix, 15ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 10ml of agave nectar. 

Shake the ingredients vigorously to combine. Shake until the surface of the shaker feels chilled. 

Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. 

Next, gently pour desert pear syrup down the centre to create a captivating effect. 

Garnish the cocktail with a wedge of lime.

Serve and enjoy!
