    Step 1

    Freeze a coupe or martini cocktail glass while you scoop the flesh from one half of the passion fruit into a cocktail shaker; set the remaining half aside for garnish.

    Combine the vodka, bianco vermouth, passion fruit syrup, sugar syrup and vanilla bitters along with the pulp in the shaker.

    Fill with ice cubes and secure the cover tightly; shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds or until the mixture is completely chilled and foamy.

    Double-strain the bright drink into a chilled glass, add the saline solution to the drink and garnish with the remaining passion fruit half, either on the rim or floating in the glass. Serve right away.
