The Single Fix cocktail gets its distinct flavour from The Singleton Of Glendullan single malt scotch whisky, which serves as its core. Ingredients

- 30mL The Singleton of Glendullan Single Malt Scotch Whisky (or any single malt scotch whisky of choice)
- 15mL fresh lemon juice
- 10mL black peppercorn syrup
- Ice cubes
Method
- Step 1
Fill a rocks glass with ice or freeze it while you prepare the drink.
- Step 2
In a mixing glass, combine the scotch whisky with fresh lemon juice and black peppercorn syrup.
- Step 3
Fill the mixing glass with fresh ice and stir for about 20-30 seconds, until the mixture is sufficiently cold and diluted.
- Step 4
Discard the ice from the chilled rocks glass, then strain the drink into it with a large, fresh ice cube. Serve immediately.
