  • 45 ml apple juice

  • 2 dashes homemade bitters

  • Ice cubes
  • 29368-ingredients-4

Method

Fill up a rocks glass with ice.

Using a cocktail jigger, measure the whisky and apple juice before pouring both into the glass.

Add two dashes of homemade bitters and the anise before mixing to combine.

Garnish with a cherry (optional) and serve.
