  • Vat 69 Whisky - 60 ml

Method

Grab a rock glass and fill it with ice.

Using a cocktail jigger or a measuring cup, measure out 60ml of Vat 69 whisky, and 45ml of apple juice. The use of a cocktail jigger allows you to choose the precise amount of ingredients.

Pour the ingredients into the rock glass over the ice.

Add two dashes of Angostura bitters and two-star anise and mix them.

Using a cocktail stirrer, or a bar spoon, stir the contents gently to combine

Garnish with a cherry and serve.
