    Place a rocks or highball glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to keep the final drink crisp without relying heavily on dilution.

    In an ice-filled mixing glass, combine The Singleton, peach juice, peach liqueur and a pinch of sea salt.

    Stir for 15-20 seconds until the drink is chilled and mildly diluted, retaining its clarity and silky texture.
