The craft beer craze is huge right now, so we came up with a wonderful drink that packs a little more punch in an inventive attempt to capitalise on the trend. A wonderful new cocktail called the Singleton Hop-Scotch Summer Serve was created in the spirit of a warm-weather getaway. Prepare yourself to try something very tasty and energising. These Hop-Scotch cocktails give typical summer beverages a fresh vigour. They both have a frothy, refreshing texture that is akin to craft beer, but is made much more enjoyable by the sultry sweetness and, of course, the inclusion of The Singleton. Be sure to whip yourself up some of this tropical goodness the next time you find yourself in the sun and sand or simply want to feel like it. To help you alter things up when you're feeling it, this Hop-Scotch cocktail is described below.

Stir all the ingredients together.
Strain into a wine glass with ice.
Top with 75ml Hop House 13.
Garnish with a fresh slice of peach on the rim.
