This Aussie cocktail is perfect for both coffee and cocktail lovers. Made with Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur, espresso and ice, the Flat White cocktail can be easily made at home. Here’s how.
2 shots of espresso 60ml of Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur Ice cubes
Brew two shots of espresso and allow them to cool to room temperature.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour the cooled espresso over the ice in the shaker.
Add 60ml of Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur to the shaker. Shake the ingredients vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass and serve up immediately.
